  • Collar -  This collar is a favorite, name and number are clearly embroidered so you'll never have worry about tags getting lost or ruined.  You'll want a good flat-buckle collar that is adjustable.  You will probably need to replace it for a larger size after the first few months.
  • Leash - just a regular six foot lead is great.
  • Bowls - stainless steel simple and very functional.  They're big enough for when she is full grown and won't slide around on our wood floors because of the rubber bottoms.  They can be left outside or used inside.
  • Bristle & Pin Brush - a great all over brush for every day use.  Please see our grooming routine page for more details on a healthy brushing regimen.
  • Dog Bath - this bath is worth every penny if you will be washing your pup at home any amount.  Perfect for a full DIY groom at home or those much needed in between professional grooming baths.  The tub elevates your pup and keeps them contained while raising them up to your level for an easier bath.  Highly recommended.
  • Crate - We recommend the 42" large size with divider so you can use it when she's a puppy and when she's fully grown.   A cover is also essential because dogs naturally like to feel safe and sheltered.  The solid walls help them to be calmer and rest better in their home.  Or simply drape a sheet over the top and sides to give her a DIY cover.
  • Dog Brush - a pin brush without the balls at the top, a bristle brush, a slicker brush, a grooming rake, an undercoat rake, a pin comb, a stagger comb, and a mat removal comb.
  • Chew treats - Sheepadoodle puppies need some softer things to chew on.  Cow ears, lamb ears, beef tendons and beef tripe twists are some of the best.
  • Dog Toys - KONG is a favorite!  Make sure you get the right size for your puppy or dog.
  • Carpet Cleaner - this is amazing!  It works on many floor surfaces.  It eliminates the stain AND the odor which is crucial so your puppy will not smell her spot and repeat the "accident".  Read the label before buying to ensure it will work for your floors.
  • Pooper Scooper - Our favorite one on the market!  To make a dirty job a little bit cleaner.  And you can use regular plastic grocery bags.  You don't need to buy special bags for it!
  • Puppy Food - There are a lot of brands out there and a lot of philosophies, but we've done our research and love Taste of the Wild.  Their entire line is terrific and once your puppy is ready for adult dog food you can just switch them to the canine line.  All the food is grain free and contains real ingredients.  You can read all of the ingredients and reviews for yourself.  You can also set up a subscription order so you'll never run out of food.
